Questions before you reach out?

Let’s take a breath and make this simple.

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

Therapy often looks to the past, helping you process trauma, heal emotional wounds, and understand how your history shapes your present. Coaching starts with where you are now and supports you in moving forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

While coaching can feel therapeutic, it’s not therapy. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and when deeper healing work is needed, I’ll always encourage you to connect with (or continue seeing) a qualified therapist.

I’ve worked with many clients who see both; the two can beautifully complement each other.

Do you do any spiritual work or use spiritual tools?

Sometimes, if it feels supportive for you.

Depending on the client, we might explore the more intuitive side of this work — things like pulling a card, using a visualization, or other reflective practices to help you access insights your brain hasn’t caught up to yet.

These tools aren’t about predicting the future; they’re gentle ways to tap into your own wisdom, shift perspective, or get things moving in a session.

If that’s your jam, I’m right there with you. If it’s not, I’m still right there with you. This work is about your growth, not my toolbox.

What do you mean by “nervous system work”?

Think of your nervous system as the foundation for everything you feel and do: your stress response, your ability to make decisions, how you handle change, and even how safe you feel being yourself.

When that system is dysregulated (hello, burnout, people-pleasing, overthinking), it’s hard to access clarity or confidence, no matter how much you know what to do.

In our coaching together, we start by helping your body feel safe again. That might mean grounding practices, breathwork, or simple awareness tools that calm your system so your mind can follow.

It’s not about “fixing” you; it’s about creating the safety your growth needs.

What kinds of transitions do you help with?

Career changes, relationship shifts, caregiving roles, health challenges, retirement — any season that leaves you questioning who you are and what’s next. You don’t need to be at a breaking point to reach out, though. Coaching can help you build the calm, clarity, and confidence to navigate change before it becomes a massive wake-up call.

Can I book just one session to start?

Absolutely. Many clients begin with a single 60- or 90-minute session to get a sense of the work. If you decide to continue, that session can roll right into a coaching package.

Where do sessions take place?

All sessions are held virtually over Zoom so you can show up from your home, office, or favourite cozy corner.

Do you offer payment plans?

For 5- or 10-session packages, yes. Payment can be split 50/50: half when you sign on, and the remainder before your first session.

I KNOW FIRSTHAND WHAT IT’S LIKE TO LOSE YOURSELF IN THE DOING.

Hi, I’m Sarah — certified coach, recovering people-pleaser, and lover of all things cozy.

My work lives at the intersection of nervous-system regulation and self-trust. It’s where calm meets clarity, and confidence naturally follows.

I draw on my professional training, lived experience, and deep respect for your pace to help you reconnect to the person underneath the “shoulds”— the one who already knows what’s right for her.

BECAUSE YOU DON’T NEED ANOTHER “RISE AND GRIND” EMAIL.

Just honest insights, practical support, and the occasional laugh-snort of recognition.

If you like your personal growth served with equal parts depth and humanity, this is your corner of the internet. My newsletter is where I share the things that don’t make it to social media: stories, shifts in perspective, and small reminders that you’re doing better than you think.

Life threw you a curveball. Let’s make it your power move.

Maybe you’re standing at a crossroads, wondering what comes next. Maybe you’re just tired of pretending you’re fine when you’re not. Either way, this is where things start to shift — not by fixing yourself, but by coming home to yourself.
