IT’S TIME TO FEEL SAFE ENOUGH TO BE YOU AGAIN.
This isn’t self-improvement. It’s self-return.
Because you didn’t lose yourself; you’ve just been busy being everything for everyone else.
You’re used to knowing what to do: making the plan, solving the problem, and handling the hard thing.
But this time, the next step isn’t obvious. Something’s happened — a shift, a loss, an ending — and all the usual ways you’ve found your footing suddenly aren’t working anymore.
You try to think it through and make it make sense, but the clarity that used to come so easily just… doesn’t.
And beneath the “I’m fine,” there’s a quieter truth: You’re not, and you don’t actually know what comes next.
Maybe a transition brought this to the surface — a career change, a relationship shift, a health scare, a move, or simply the realization that the pace you’ve been living at isn’t sustainable.
You don’t need another mindset shift.
You need a moment of truth and the safety to actually feel it.
You can’t think your way into clarity from a dysregulated state. You have to feel your way there.
Most coaches start in the brain with mindset, goals, strategies, and action plans. But if your nervous system is in overdrive, no amount of thinking will make you feel calm.
So we start in the body.
Before goals or next steps, we focus on safety — helping your system settle so you can actually hear yourself again. From there, clarity comes naturally. And with clarity, confidence follows.
“When my ten-year relationship ended, I was shattered and had hit rock bottom. I felt lost, hopeless, and didn’t know how to move forward. I had completely lost sight of who I was and what made me happy inside.
Sarah’s compassionate, light hearted guidance helped me navigate the overwhelming emotions, rebuild my confidence and rediscover my sense of self. She provided the tools and support I needed to rediscover my strength, purpose and most importantly, what makes me tick.
Sarah didn’t just help me heal, she empowered me to thrive. I’m forever grateful for her wisdom, humour and care during one of the darkest times of my life. I truly don’t know where I’d be without her. If you’re going through a tough time, I can’t recommend Sarah enough.”
No two lives — or nervous systems — are the same
Some women come ready to make a big decision. Others need time to breathe before they can even think about what’s next. Either way, we follow your pace, not a pre-set plan.
Because the path home starts in your body, not your to-do list.
HI, I’M SARAH
I know what it’s like to build a life that looks good on paper but also wears you down.
For over 35 years, I climbed the corporate ladder in marketing and IT — deadlines, deliverables, back-to-back meetings, and the occasional existential crisis over my third cup of tea.
And then one day, it all caught up with me. Burnout. The “C” thing. The realization that the version of “success” I’d been chasing wasn’t actually mine.
That wake-up call led me to do the work I now help other women do.
Slowing down enough to listen, to reconnect, and to redefine what a good life actually means (spoiler: it involves a lot more breathing room).
I DON’T BELIEVE IN QUICK FIXES OR SILVER LININGS.
Just honest conversations, sustainable change, and the kind of nervous-system work that helps you trust yourself again — even (especially!) when life throws a curveball.
COACHING FOR LIFE IN TRANSITION.
When life shifts — career changes, retirement, loss, identity shake-ups — it’s easy to slip into fix-it mode.
But this work isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about anchoring into yourself so you can move forward from a steadier place.
Through one-on-one coaching, we’ll explore the inner shifts that create outer change, using the Calm → Clarity → Confidence framework to guide the process:
Calm — Regulate your nervous system and bring yourself back to centre.
When your body feels safe, your mind can follow.
Clarity — Understand what’s actually yours to carry and what’s not.
We’ll quiet the noise, unpack old patterns, and reconnect you to what actually matters to you.
Confidence — Start living and leading from that grounded sense of self.
No proving, no performing. Just the confidence that comes from trusting your own inner compass.
Every coaching journey is personalized to what you need most. We follow your pace, your goals, and your energy — because real transformation doesn’t fit in a neat little box.
When your body feels safe, everything else starts to make sense again.
This work goes deeper than mindset. It’s not about “thinking positive” or forcing change — it’s about creating the inner safety that lets change actually stick.
As you build calm, clarity naturally follows. And with that clarity comes a quiet confidence that doesn’t rely on titles, roles, or other people’s approval.
CLIENTS OFTEN TELL ME THINGS LIKE:
“I finally stopped second-guessing myself.”
“I can make decisions without spiraling.”
“I feel like I can breathe again.”
HERE’S WHAT THAT REALLY MEANS:
→ You begin to trust your own timing.
→ You can speak up without overexplaining.
→ You handle transitions with less panic and more perspective.
→ You stop questioning your worth and start living from it.
→ You feel settled in yourself — even when life keeps moving.
Because when your nervous system and self-trust are working together, you stop reacting to life from survival mode and start responding to it with intention.
Let’s find what fits.
Here are the ways we can work together.

Because this isn’t about fitting into another system. It’s about creating one that fits you.
“I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible support and guidance Sarah gave me during one of the most challenging periods of my life. Feeling lost and confused, I felt this immense pull to reach out to Sarah. It was almost like the universe was screaming at me to make a change…except I didn’t know what that change would be.
You can count on Sarah holding you accountable for what you need to see, feel, and do. Not only did she show me my renewed sense of direction in life, but she also made me feel like there was nothing I couldn’t achieve. Even if that meant starting anew.
I wholeheartedly recommend Sarah Finney to anyone seeking guidance and support in navigating life’s complexities.”
PERSONAL CHANGE DOESN’T USUALLY ARRIVE IN FIREWORKS.
It happens layer by layer, like peeling back an onion (sometimes with a few tears included).
This work is about shifting from anxious and reactive to calm, clear, and internally anchored. You’ll notice it in small moments: a calmer conversation, an email you don’t overthink, a decision made without crowd-sourcing opinions.
The noise quiets. The urgency fades. The self-trust grows.
You’ll find yourself:
- Asking clearer, more confident questions — in healthcare, work, and relationships.
- Feeling steady when life shifts, because you trust your own timing.
- Having the courage (and support) to leave what no longer fits.
- Acting from intention instead of reaction.
- Knowing what’s yours to carry, and finally putting down what’s not.
And you’ll move through life with a deeper sense of resilience and readiness for whatever’s next — not because everything is perfect, but because you finally trust yourself to handle it.

Begin your self-return
This is where the shift begins: from “WTF am I even doing?” to “Okay… this is me.” One step, one breath, one honest conversation at a time.
You’ll feel right at home here if you’re a…
- Corporate gal who’s standing at a crossroads (and the old ways of coping aren’t cutting it anymore).
- Empty-nester who’s ready to slow down without losing your edge.
- Newly single woman who’s done outsourcing your worth or waiting for external permission to change.
- Caregiver or nurturer who’s realizing it’s time to give some of that care back to yourself.
- High achiever in recovery — still ambitious, just not at the expense of your nervous system.
- Woman navigating a health curveball who’s learning that healing isn’t just physical; it’s about finding safety and trust in your body again.
- Someone who’s simply ready for life to feel good from the inside out.
And yes, it will still work for you, even if…
You’ve done the therapy, read the books, journaled the prompts, and can quote your favorite mindset coach in your sleep.
Helpful? Sure. But something still isn’t clicking, and you’re ready for support that goes deeper than thoughts on a page.
You’re skeptical about anything that sounds too “woo.”
Same! This work is evidence-informed and nervous-system-led. (No crystals required… unless you like crystals.)
You’re used to being the strong one. The calm one. The helper.
It feels strange to be the one who needs help — but that’s exactly where things start to shift.
You don’t have a neat elevator pitch for what you’re going through.
You just know something’s got to give, and you don’t want to figure it out alone.
“Sarah Finney Coaching has made a fabulously positive impact on my life. I found myself leaning heavily on my coach Sarah when I went through a health crisis.
Shortly after moving to a new city and starting a new job, I found out that I would require major surgery on my spinal cord for the fourth time, and that there was no guarantee (surgery or not) that I would not require a wheelchair later on in life.
Sarah was an absolute rock as I navigated from the diagnosis, to the surgical decision, to informing my employer, to the surgery itself, to recovery. Our calls enabled me to stay positive and focused on my health – not the “what if’s” or the work I left behind. I considered her to be a part of my “team”, along with my surgeon, nurses, and family.”
HEY — I KNOW THIS PART CAN FEEL HARD.
You’ve spent a lifetime being the one others lean on, the one who figures it out, the one who keeps things moving.
So the idea of asking for support? It might feel uncomfortable. Maybe even a little foreign.
That’s okay.
You don’t have to rush yourself or know exactly who you are or what you want. You just have to be curious enough to see what might be possible when you stop managing everything on your own.
And if there’s one thing I can leave with you, let it be this:
Life transitions aren’t problems to fix; they’re invitations to come home to yourself.
And when you’re ready, whether that’s today, next week, or after one more round of “maybe later”… I’ll be here.
